11.15  Explanation and viewing of the process of rice making with baskets.

11.45  Production of Cambodian noodles using centuries old methods

12.30 Lunch – a traditional Cambodian three course meal will be served at the HVTO headquarters after which you will have the opportunity to relax for a while in hammocks or take a short stroll on foot around the centre of the village if you feel so inclined.

2.30 Wine distillery – The production of Cambodian rice wine and possibly the opportunity to try it!

3.00 Visit to the HVTO school to see the on going work of HVTO.

3.15 Palm sugar harvesting.

3.45 Mat weaving

4.15 Drive around the village of Sophy observing village life.
